We provide personalised coaching services across a range of sports for newcomers to elite athletes. Whether you want to qualify and perform at world championships, improve as an age-group or recreational athlete, or complete your first triathlon or running event, or if you just want to change your lifestyle and get fit, we can help. We also coach Athletes With a Disability (AWD) in swimming, running and triathlon including state and National level athletes.
Sports include:
- triathlon (all distances Enticer/Sprint through to Ironman and Ultraman)
- long distance running (half marathon, marathon, ultras, trail)
- athletics (cross country and track running specialising in 400 through the middle distances and steeplechase)
- road cycling
- swimming (short/long distance all strokes)
- adventure racing (including multisport, mountain biking, ocean racing ski)

Our services include developing/providing training plans/programs and also providing advice/training support for strength and conditioning, nutrition, injury management and race strategy/tactics. We have alliances with leading sports exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, psychologists and dieticians/nutritionists who can provide additional support.
We provide guidance with goal setting. We create a personalised periodised training plan/program for you that can help you achieve your goals. We will help you build on your strengths and work on areas identified for improvement. We can also provide you with invaluable guidance when it comes to your training schedule (fitting in with your busy lifestyle), injury prevention and a nutrition plan (aligned with your lifestyle, chosen sport and training plan) that meets your needs. We undertake one on one technique assessment and often do video analysis.
There are different levels of coaching and support that you can choose. For example, an athlete might just want a basic generic event focused training plan/program, while those who are looking for a more personalised approach can benefit from customised plans and coaching, and regular interaction and support, and potentially participation in training squad sessions if they desire.
We operate a Daily Training Environment (DTE) conducting several swim squad sessions and run squad sessions on a weekly basis for juniors and adults. We regularly do bike skill sessions and rides, generally once a week on weekends. We have a once a week gym strength and conditioning session. We also provide opportunities for specialised block training in groups of up to eight people.
We encourage (and support) our athletes to race often with a view to them learning/honing important race skills (eg technical, tactical, mental), process execution and performing under race conditions/pressure.
We do limit the number of athletes we coach to ensure we provide a solid level of attention and support, but often opportunities/vacancies arise when athletes are taking a break for example and places become available. We are based in South West Sydney but we can coach and are currently coaching athletes from a broader base eg athletes from across Sydney, and around NSW and Australia.
