Head Coach is Guy Creber
Guy has been an athlete and coach across many sports at various levels over 40 years. Guy has competed in hundreds of triathlons in Australia and overseas since 2000 including for example 16 Ironman triathlons (including IM France and Challenge Roth twice), and representing Triathlon Australia in age-group World Championships around the world across various distances including Sprint, Standard, Long Distance Triathlon, Cross Triathlon, Xterra, Aquathon and Duathlon. Guy has also completed many half marathon, marathon and ultra marathon races around the world (UTA 100s and 50s, UK Centurion 100, Tarawera NZ Ultra, UTMB etc), adventure races (NZ Coast to Coast, Geoquest Half and Full distance etc), competed and medalled in State and National Masters athletics championships, and competed in State, National and world masters swimming championships. Guy has competed in many cycling criterium races, and one day (eg 12 hour) and multi day cycling and mtb races.
Guy is coach of junior athletes (including junior AWD) and adult athletes. Triathlon, athletics, cycling and swim coach since 2000. Coach of many athletes at local, regional, state, national and international level. Numerous State titles (eg NSW All Schools Senior triathlon champion, NSW All Schools Cross Country champion, NSW U16 400, 800, 1500 and 3000 champions on track). Many Australian champions in athletics/running (1500 and 3000 (track) and steeplechase and cross country) along with other national podiums eg 400 and 800 on track. World junior cross country representatives. World top 10 elite junior triathletes. Around 30 junior triathletes that Guy has coached have been selected in Triathlon NSW squads over the last 10 years. Guy is currently coaching a young athlete who has been included in the NSWIS Ready|Pursu32+|RAS talent program for Olympic potential junior athletes. Guy has coached various age group (adult) triathlon podium athletes in various distances including State and National championships/champions and Ironman. Guy has conducted numerous junior and adult triathlon and running coaching camps including in Australia and Europe. Guy has supported athletes and coached at State and National Junior training camps.
Guy has volunteered in many roles. Previously Guy was coach of the South West Sydney Academy of Sport (SWSAS) Triathlon squad for 6 years and is currently the SWSAS Future Stars Program Manager and on the SWSAS Coaching Advisory Panel. Guy has also been a sports coach across various other sports. At various times in his sporting life pre 2000 Guy coached youth/teenage athletes in football, rugby league, hockey, cricket, softball and athletics. Post 2000 Guy was Club Captain (player and coach) of Strikers Softball Club for 3 years, and Mac Tri Juniors triathlon coach at the Macarthur Triathlon Club. Guy has had roles on various Sporting Club boards (eg Triathlon Club and Softball Club boards of management in recent times).
Guy was awarded Camden LGA Sportsperson of the Year 2017 and was nominated for Triathlon Australia Triathlon Coach of the Year 2017.

This background and extensive and broad mix of skills and experience yields a unique, holistic and an all-encompassing sport coaching and management consulting environment. Guy has extensive experience, working on a large number of small to large and complex projects, as a civil engineer, project manager and management consultant working for various levels of Government (ie Local in various states in Australia and NZ, State and Federal Government) over several decades including since 2000 operating his own highly successful project management and management consulting company (G Creber and Associates Pty Ltd).
